Independent checks on reports, data and systems
A fixed-fee audit of the reports and systems you run the business on. You get every problem I find, what it costs you, and whether it's worth fixing. Sometimes the answer is to replace nothing.

Their store-visit reporting looked fine on screen. Checked against the source data, some ratings in client reports were wrong or couldn't be supported. Every finding was traced to its cause, and every fix was small.

Owner-run businesses where the numbers matter and one person holds them together.
You don't fully trust what your reports say.
You're the only one who knows how the numbers are put together.
Someone has quoted you a rebuild, and you're not sure you need one.
Everyone is selling you AI, and you can't tell what would actually help.
THE AUDIT · FIXED FEE
A read-only review. Nothing in your business changes while I look. The fee depends on the size of the job. We agree it on the first call, and it doesn't change after that.
Every finding, ordered by what it costs you
The expensive problems come first, not the interesting ones.
Numbers with sources
Each figure says where it came from. Estimates are marked as estimates.
A priced fix, or a reason not to bother
Some findings aren't worth the money to fix. The audit says which.
A written brief you keep
Use it with me, with your own team or with anyone else.
If you want the fixes done, I quote them in writing after the audit. Ongoing support is by arrangement.
In the tools you already pay for
Shopify, Make, Notion, Google Workspace, Connecteam, Supabase, Vercel, GitHub, the Claude API or whatever you run. The fix fits your stack, not mine.
No reason to upsell
The audit is the product, and you don't have to use me for the fixes. If the right answer is to change nothing, that's what it says. If an AI tool will save you money, the audit shows the numbers. If it won't, it says that too.
Built to hand over
Anything I build is documented so any competent developer can pick it up. You shouldn't depend on me.
Email me which numbers you don't trust and we'll set a time. If an audit won't pay for itself, I'll say so on the call.
